George Lucas's 1977 film created a franchise and changed Hollywood forever.

Sinekatalog’s take

A space-opera fairy tale stitched from westerns, samurai films and serials. Its practical effects, its worn-in universe and John Williams's score made modern blockbuster cinema. Simple, rousing and historically huge.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
