Sinekatalog’s take
Joseph L. Mankiewicz's Tennessee Williams adaptation is a lurid Gothic melodrama about secrets and a lobotomy threat. Katharine Hepburn and Elizabeth Taylor are great, and the film is feverish and theatrical.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
