Plot
An early widescreen Western about an Oregon wagon train.
Sinekatalog’s take
Raoul Walsh's early widescreen western follows a wagon train west with a young John Wayne in his first lead. Vast and spectacular, with real hardship staged, it is an ambitious epic that flopped but impresses today.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
