Plot
A woman waits for a man in Bissau.
Sinekatalog’s take
Flora Gomes's gentle drama follows a young woman who waits for a man in Bissau, as a vivid portrait of the city after independence. Warm and quietly comic, it is a pleasing slice of African daily life.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
