Sinekatalog’s take
Arturo Ripstein's chilling drama follows a rat-poison maker who locks his family in their house to shield them from the world. Claudio Brook is monstrous in a claustrophobic, tragic and unsettling Mexican classic.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
