Sinekatalog’s take

Aleksandar Petrović's Italian-Yugoslav adaptation of Bulgakov has Satan arrive in Moscow, with Ugo Tognazzi and Alain Cuny as part of the uneasy cast. The satire is patchy and compressed, but its strangeness and sense of danger suit the book.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
