Sinekatalog’s take

Bob Rafelson's remake is steamy and bleak, with Jack Nicholson and Jessica Lange's sexual heat on full display. It is more explicit than the 1946 version but less taut.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
