Sinekatalog’s take
The Coens' debut is a taut, darkly funny Texas noir about a murder plot gone wrong. Its shadowy visuals, black comedy and escalating misunderstandings already showed their distinct style.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
