Sinekatalog’s take

Jean Renoir's American drama follows a Texas cotton farmer's family struggling against nature and neighbours. Humane, earthy and quietly moving, with Zachary Scott and Betty Field, it is a hard-working, poetic tale of survival.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
