Sinekatalog’s take

Andrzej Żuławski's feverish debut follows a young man in occupied Poland whose family is killed and who joins the resistance, haunted by visions. Frenzied and hallucinatory, it is an intense, bleak and boldly personal war film.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
