Sinekatalog’s take
Mike Leigh's 1950s drama of a kindly woman who secretly helps terminate pregnancies is quiet and devastating. Imelda Staunton gives a deeply human performance in a humane, thoughtful film.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
