Plot
A judge and a woman on trial for murder.
Sinekatalog’s take
André Cayatte's courtroom drama pits a judge, played by Jean Gabin, against a woman on trial for murder, played by Sophia Loren. Both stars are powerful, but the heavy-handed script weakens a well-meant film on justice.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
