A film-maker's ten-year affair with a young woman grows increasingly bitter, cruel and violent.
Sinekatalog’s take
Maurice Pialat's brutal drama follows a filmmaker's decade-long affair with a young woman as it turns bitter and violent. Jean Yanne and Marlène Jobert are raw in a painful, unvarnished portrait of a toxic relationship.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
