Sinekatalog’s take

Béla Tarr's black-and-white parable of a travelling circus and a stuffed whale is grim and mesmerising. Its opening bar dance and long tracking shots set a hypnotic, ominous mood.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
