Sinekatalog respects the rights of creators. The site shows film posters, backdrops, stills and photographs of people for the purpose of identifying and discussing the works in an educational context. These images belong to their respective owners (studios, distributors, photographers, and the sources listed on Sources & Credits). The film titles, names and logos are trademarks or property of their owners. Their presence here does not imply endorsement.

If you are a rights holder

If you believe that material on the site infringes your copyright, please send us a message through the contact form with the subject "Takedown" and include:

• your name and contact details;
• a description of the work you say is infringed, and proof that you own it or act for the owner;
• the web address (URL) of the page and the image or text in question;
• a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised;
• a statement that the information is accurate, and that you are authorised to act.

We will review the notice promptly and, if it is valid, remove or disable the material. We may pass the notice on to the person who provided the material. For persons shown in photographs who want their picture removed, write to the same address.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake, write to us and explain why. We will review it.
