Sinekatalog’s take
Mrinal Sen's film follows a crew shooting a film about the 1943 Bengal famine and the villagers who live its legacy. Smita Patil is memorable in a self-reflective, political piece about cinema and memory.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
