Plot
A lawyer and two women.
Sinekatalog’s take
Mehboob Khan's drama follows a lawyer torn between two women, a refined fiancée and a poor milkmaid he wrongs, with Dilip Kumar and Madhubala. Bold in its moral complexity for 1950s India, it is a gripping, melancholy melodrama.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
