Sinekatalog’s take
Haile Gerima's drama follows a Vietnam veteran in America struggling with identity and racism, in a rich black-and-white style. Poetic and political, it is a thoughtful, independent landmark of Black American cinema.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
