Sinekatalog’s take
Haile Gerima's drama follows a woman in Watts who faces welfare officials and police and slowly builds political awareness. Barbara O. Jones is intense in a raw, fragmented, angry film of the L.A. Rebellion.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
