Sinekatalog’s take
Bernardo Bertolucci's early film follows a Parma bourgeois youth torn between Marxist ideals and a comfortable life. Ravishingly shot and full of film references, it is a youthful, melancholy and quietly political drama.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
