Plot
A modern staging of Marlowe's play about a king whose passion for his male lover brings ruin on him.
Sinekatalog’s take
Derek Jarman's modern staging of Marlowe has a king ruined by his love for another man, set among stark modern dress. Tilda Swinton is superb as the queen in a bold, angry and visually stylised queer drama.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
