A comedy of politics and romance in Paris in the 1880s.
Sinekatalog’s take
Jean Renoir's colourful romantic comedy has Ingrid Bergman as a Polish princess in 1880s Paris tangled with politicians and soldiers. Light, bubbly and frothy, it is a sunny, stylish if minor Renoir.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
