An Expressionist horror tale from the team behind Caligari, with Fern Andra in the title role.
Sinekatalog’s take
Robert Wiene's Expressionist horror reunites the Caligari team for a lurid fairytale of an exotic woman and the men she destroys. Painted sets are gorgeous, but the story is thin, and the film feels a lesser, though intriguing, follow-up.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
