Sinekatalog’s take
Roberto Rossellini's neorealist drama sees a boy struggle among Berlin's ruins. Bleak and unsentimental, with a devastating ending, it is a stark portrait of a broken nation and childhood destroyed.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
