Sinekatalog’s take
Gleb Panfilov's drama follows a Soviet city mayor, played by Inna Churikova, as she faces an avalanche of petitions and demands alongside her private life. Warm, honest and sharply observed, it is a humane portrait of public duty and personal cost.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
