Sinekatalog’s take
Henri-Georges Clouzot's modern version of Prévost's novel sets a girl and her lover in the black-market chaos after the Liberation. Cécile Aubry and Michel Auclair are fine in a dark, sultry tale of love, greed and ruin.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
