Sinekatalog’s take
Leopoldo Torre Nilsson adapts the Argentine national epic poem about a gaucho persecuted by authority, in a faithful, pictorial telling. Handsome and respectful, it is a sincere if stately adaptation of a literary monument.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
