Sinekatalog’s take

Jean Delannoy's colourful adaptation of Hugo stars Anthony Quinn as Quasimodo and Gina Lollobrigida as Esmeralda. Big, sincere and sometimes stagey, it is a robust, handsome retelling with a memorable Quinn.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
