Sinekatalog’s take

Chen Kaige's epic follows the Qin king's conquest and a plot to assassinate him. Sumptuous and thoughtful, with Gong Li and Zhang Fengyi, it questions tyranny and the price of unification amid grand spectacle.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
