Soldiers in the Spanish Civil War.
Sinekatalog’s take
Luis García Berlanga's black comedy has soldiers in the Spanish Civil War finding a heifer and debating how to cook it. Alfredo Landa leads a bitter, absurd and sharply funny satire of war, hunger and folly.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
