Sinekatalog’s take
Sam Peckinpah's troubled Civil War western follows a Union officer chasing Apaches into Mexico. Butchered by its studio, it is a flawed, ambitious film with powerful sequences and a restless, doomed energy.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
