Sinekatalog’s take
Radu Mihăileanu's adaptation of Nicole Krauss's novel links an old Polish-Jewish locksmith in New York with a young girl and a lost manuscript. Derek Jacobi and Elliott Gould are touching, but the film's sentiment feels diluted.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
