Sinekatalog’s take
Moufida Tlatli's drama follows two women on Djerba whose husbands work abroad most of the year, living by tradition and waiting. Gentle and lyrical, with fine performances, it is a sensitive study of female solitude and desire.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
