Sinekatalog’s take

Arturo Ripstein's debut, from a García Márquez script, follows a man who returns from prison to a town where an old feud still waits. Spare, stylised and tense, it is a strong, western-flavoured first feature.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
