Plot

On 11 September 2001, four planes are hijacked by terrorists. The film follows in near-real time the passengers and crew of the fourth flight, United 93, and the air traffic controllers and military officials on the ground who struggle to understand what is happening. As the passengers learn about the other attacks by phone, they decide to fight back. Paul Greengrass's 2006 film, shot in a documentary style with many unknown actors, is a tense and respectful reconstruction.
