An outbreak of smallpox in a Belgrade hospital.
Sinekatalog’s take
Goran Marković's Yugoslav thriller recounts the 1972 smallpox outbreak in a Belgrade hospital, with a doctor battling panic and bureaucracy. Tense and chillingly relevant, it is a gripping, claustrophobic classic of the Balkans.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
