Sinekatalog’s take

Manoel de Oliveira's late film follows an elderly director, played by Marcello Mastroianni, who revisits his childhood places in northern Portugal. Gentle, reflective and moving, it is a tender, final role for Mastroianni and a meditation on time.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
