Sinekatalog’s take
Gaston Kaboré's drama follows a traditional farmer on the edge of Ouagadougou as the expanding city swallows his land. Sharp and sympathetic, it is a powerful, humane film about urbanisation and the loss of a way of life.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
