Plot

On August 10, 1978, a coffeehouse frequented by leftists in Ankara was raided. Even the strict rule in the country could not prevent this and similar atrocities.

Sinekatalog’s take

The film revisits the 1978 raid on a leftist coffeehouse in Ankara and the atrocities of that violent period. It aims to remember rather than entertain. A serious historical drama for viewers interested in Turkey's political past.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
