Sinekatalog’s take
Mrinal Sen's film weaves four stories across decades of Calcutta's poverty and political violence, with a young man's voice linking them. Angry, experimental and powerful, it is a key work of the Calcutta trilogy.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
