Sinekatalog’s take

Francesco Rosi's adaptation of García Márquez retells a village murder everyone knew was coming but nobody stopped. Rupert Everett and Ornella Muti star in a handsome, brooding film that never matches the novel's magic.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
