Sinekatalog’s take

Francesco Rosi's quiet drama gathers three brothers in their southern Italian village for their mother's funeral. Philippe Noiret and Michele Placido are fine in a restrained, reflective film about family, politics and memory.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
