A farmer's son marries a waitress from Chicago.
Sinekatalog’s take
F.W. Murnau's tender silent drama has a farmer's son bringing home a Chicago waitress as his wife. Gentle and visually lovely, with lyrical harvest scenes, it is a warm, underrated companion to Sunrise.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
