Sinekatalog’s take
Nouri Bouzid's drama follows girls from the poor south of Tunisia sold into domestic service in Tunis, where they face exploitation. Sympathetic and clear-eyed, it is a powerful social drama about class, gender and childhood.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
