A doctor in a desert town.
Sinekatalog’s take
Alexander Sokurov's hypnotic drama follows a doctor in a desert town in Turkmenistan, amid strange events and a looming sense of dread. Visually striking with sepia tones, it is a mysterious, disorienting film in Sokurov's early, bold style.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
