Plot
Thirty years after the 1980 coup, the paths of a family whose lives were shattered cross again. Deniz and Devrim, two siblings who never knew each other and were forced to grow up separately, reunite with their mother, Melek.
Sinekatalog’s take
Siblings raised apart by the aftermath of a coup meet again with their mother decades later. The film is earnest and heavy with loss, and its strength lies in the emotional reunion rather than polish. It suits viewers interested in personal stories of political aftermath.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
