Plot
When the temperamental star of a new Broadway musical revue in rehearsals walks out, director and choreographer Ted Sturgis suggests casting an unknown for the role. When it is announced in the newspapers, throngs of hopefuls show up.
Sinekatalog’s take
A bright musical about a Broadway director casting an unknown after the star walks out. Dance numbers are the highlight and the plot is light. Pleasant for fans of Technicolor-era musicals.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
