Plot

This short documentary, shot in the glass factories of Leerdam and Schiedam, demonstrates how glass blowers do their work. But thanks to the superbly edited ballet of working hands and the sequence of mechanical motions of the engines, is it especially a cinematic tour de force.

Sinekatalog’s take

A brilliant short documentary on glassblowers at work, edited so that human hands and machines move like choreography. It is sensuous, rhythmic and concise, a joy for anyone who loves craft and clever montage.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
