Plot
During the cold spring of 1941, with Greece already under German occupation, a long-suffering squad of war-battered soldiers receives orders from the headquarters in Athens to fall back, leaving behind the Albanian Front.
Sinekatalog’s take
A stark Greek war drama about a weary squad ordered to retreat during an occupation winter. It prefers atmosphere and human exhaustion to battle spectacle. Austere, poetic and strong for admirers of serious war cinema.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
