Filmmaker José Luis Guerin documents his experience during a year of traveling as a guest of film festivals to present his previous film. What emerges is a wonderfully humane and sincere portrayal of the people that he meets when he goes off the beaten track in some of the world's major cities.
Sinekatalog’s take
A Spanish documentary diary in which a filmmaker travels the festival circuit and turns his lens on the people he meets off the beaten track. José Luis Guerín finds warmth and curiosity in every city. A lovely choice for fans of travelogue cinema.Sinekatalog’s own editorial review – not a user or critic quote.
